A while ago I wanted to draw Amy Rose but really wanted to work on drawing/colouring human types at the time so… I went and developed this human!Sonic world AU thing and began to design the Sonic characters that way.
Mephiles, I’ve already posted. Amy was done much earlier then him, and even then she had been sitting as a sketch for a few months before that.

Amy's about sixteen here. I tried to make her cute; at the same time I wanted her to have a bit of attitude. The sense of, yeah, she’s adorable. But she can still kick your ass ten ways from Tuesday.

Or that was the idea anyway. ; And I’m –mostly- pleased with this pic. Er. Mostly.

Before you go though, there’s a song to go with this pic. Yes there is. I had it on repeat whilst colouring it and consequently it’s become my Amy song. It’s called Houki Boshi and you can download it here. (It’s also a kick ass song. … Bleach fans should recognise it~ )
