Cast me gently
Into morning
For the night has been unkind
- Answer : Sarah McLachlan -
I had no idea what to call this one. And since Answer is one of my favourite songs and one of my favourite Noir&Lethe songs, I went with that. : dies :
This was done last year, but I tweaked it a teeny bit a few days ago so, technically finished in ‘08?
In my Invictus story, Noir first meets Lethe as a child only hours after he kills his best friend and wipes out most of that best friends family. Lethe gives brief solace to the tormented boy and his broken sister and then helps them to find a new home…
Nine years pass before Noir sees Lethe again but he has not forgotten the mysterious healer who was the only kind face in a world turned cruel.
... yeah.
Plus, they’re squishy together.

Lethe was actually first completed as a separate image. I might upload that one too sometime. @.@ :nods:
Noir and Lethe are both © me btw. @o The image is a combination of Painter7 and Photoshop7.
