Oh, this guy is SO a WIP. ; He needs a lot of work but yes. Hunter! As a doll! =D Or rather my BJD Hunter dolly~! :shot so ded for being lame:

I’m no photographer btw. I sucksucksuck at photos. 99% of them come out blurred and 100% of them come out crap so it’s a case of picking the best of a reallybad lot. :sighs: But I had to take a pic of this guy today. I just finished doing his face and his hair and while I’m not completely … pleased… it was good practice!

And it was fun! (Though no one told me attaching eyelashes to these guys was so hard! Restringing I can handle. Eyelash attachment nearly did my head in. Oo ) I also need to learn how to style his hair without messing it up. Um.


(I did not make this doll btw, before anyone asks. I just did the face-up etc, yes? The headsculpt is a Migidoll Miho.)

And how were you attaching the eyelashes? I've had to do it for my girl's doll a few times now and it's been kinda easy. Elmer's glue and a toothpick. xD

I didn’t make this guy. ;.; I just did the faceup. But I have a friend who’s in the process of finishing her resin sculpt. As far as I know she first sculpted the head she’s working on out of a paper based clay, then made the mould from that, then bought the resin and… made the head! (I reckon she’ll do the same with the body?)

Unless you’re talking about buying doll parts in which case nevermind~
