So. I couldn’t have an AU Kyuubi and AU Nekomata(who are both here?) without an AU Shukaku yes? So here he is. One of the youngest of the key bijuu (but not the youngest in my AU) and an all round sarcastic little brat. He has plenty of reasons for sniping though; the village that has Shukaku trapped never lets him sleep. He is their ultimate defense and must maintain that wall of ever shifting sand around Suna at all times.

Bijuu, as I write them, don’t really need to sleep as it happens but living can be quite long if you have to spend it always awake…

So the white stripes in his hair? Due to the stress of his occupation. Poor guy… >.> (Went with sandy-colours for Shukaku. But I did choose to keep the green eyes and the darkness around them. Tanuki= raccoons who have dark rings around their eyes anyway… )
