Suddenly Sasuke was right there and Naruto had the belated thought of ‘he’s going to slice me in two where’s my kunai that bastard-’

But it was waylaid by fingers. Sasuke’s fingers. Sasuke’s nimble fingers which were attached to his hand which was currently snaking around Naruto’s waist. Naruto’s breath caught.

-not slicing him in two, oh no definitely not that-

He took half step back, into the movement. Another thought and this one was quite simple. It went-

Oh. Hell.

Sasuke’s mouth against his neck, just the shadow of a touch but Naruto felt it all the same. His heart stuttered and stopped in shock before kicking in again. So close –too close- And Naruto could smell him. Sasuke was all he could smell. And he smelled like earth on paper. He smelled like smoke on snow.

And buried underneath it all was the pervading scent of blood. Both old and new.

Naruto’s own hand was down, wrapping around Sasuke’s wrist, but not halting it. Just a clutching hold as he wondered what the hell was going on and then-

A sharp breath. He wanted to keep his eyes open, just as he wanted to revel for a moment, to lean back and... his eyes slipped shut.

Sasuke did have nimble fingers, Naruto wanted to know what else he could do with them. And yes, he could shamelessly admit that, all the while being slightly horrified by the thought. Not at the notion itself but rather at how readily he was sidetracked by it. He knew Sasuke’s goals. He knew what this was.

But visceral sensations and Naruto were better friends than he and logical thought were. And it seemed that Sasuke knew this too.

Bastard.

Another random roleplay moment. And art to go with it!

Going away for the weekend so I thought I’d leave with some SasuNaru art?
I’m not going to explain why Naruto is sporting such a tan. Um. If you don’t know, go here and read the artist comment? Sasuke is sporting a new outfit too, I have proper artwork of that (because if Naruto got a new outfit I had to give Sasuke one too?) … will post later.

I really wanted to keep this pic simple. So, no proper background and just the lower half of their faces. This image was done entirely for fun and posted because I have a ton of SasuNaru fanart building up unposted and um… just throwing it out there.

... I'm annoyed that you can't see Sasuke's smirk properly in this image. ;.; He IS wearing one. :coughs: It's in the original sketch but his hair covers it in this version. .__.;
… Hah, so I’ve uploaded the sketch and hopefully his smirk is visible in that. See? Yesyes I’m sad I know.

I really enjoy the story and this pice in general... Thought I got to say that Naruto looks fair too girly and his skin is too brown, I am a NaruSasu fan but I thought this was and OcSasuke image..ñ weird meh
