Sally is trying to patch Scourge up. I dunno, maybe he got in a fight with a lawnmower, who knows? Being the opportunist he is, Scourge gets a grope in (the perv). Sally being the Princess she is, hits him. (No text really needed in this one…bar that ‘smack!’…?)
As I said, I see him getting hit by her a lot. It amuses me.
