Um. I changed mine today. My user icon that is. (Now it matches my LJ one, yes, I am so lame.) I went to a friend’s page here on DA, saw my icon there and was aptly horrified at it. I realised I haven’t updated the thing in years. (About three I think.) I do like keeping the same icon because I’ve found people will recognise you by your icon first, but as I have icons disabled (some… um… annoy me.) I never realised how crappy mine was.

I recently got a rather gorgeous BJD? :coughs: For those who don’t know what BJD’s are, um. I will point you to Sard.
Sard (for me) is the epitome of BJD’s. Here he is. LOOK I COMMAND YOU.
… you can’t tell me he is NOT gorgeous. Or you can but don't. I missed his sale by one day. One… day. I still want to weep. I will get my paws on a Sard, just you wait and see--- … er…BJDs. Ball Jointed Dolls, usually Asian? Basically? Exceedingly pretty, very customisable and quite expensive dolls. I have mine and I adoooore him(He’s a Migidoll, Miho head sculpt! *_* )
But… waiting for one last thing before I can do a pretty face-up and post pictures. ; (MSC. It does not ship airmail. This is painful if you live in Europe. Or more specifically, Ireland. )

Is lovely. It’s shiny and new and so very customisable and it has completely WIPED OUT my friends/watch list. The list is gone, has been eaten, consumed, fallen into the black hole amongst the plethora of DA’s pretty new gadgets and is nowhere to be found.

I had intended a more cheerful entry but sleeping-pill-induced-lethargy hasn’t left room for much else. Oops.

Though. The new Naruto ending made me grin last night. Samurai!Sasuke and wandering Ronin-type Naruto crossing paths in the woods- oddly Samurai Champloo-ish. Instant love. Droolworthy animation too.

Next Friday is ACen (Anime Central) and Orin will be hopping on a plane Thursday and flying to Chicago to visit a friend and to go to ACen! X3
(She also has a hellish fear of planes/flying so if y’all never hear from her again after this it’s because she died in a firey painful ball of DEATH when her plane went down. … yessum. )

Oh! And the week after she will be going to NYC! Anyone in New York here? @.@ Hell, for that matter who here’s going to ACen?! =O!
